Ateljé Kim Ritthagen

Kim started as a 13 year old to paint pictures in oil. She had many role models such as Van Gogh, Gauguin, Henri Rousseau. She began selling paintings in galleries when she was 16 years. She has also undertaken commissioned work mainly on nature and bird motifs. When she was 17 years, she received a short-term work as an illustrator of a large wall calendar ending in Swedish preschools. Her works have been exhibited at some time in both Gothenburg and Stockholm, but in 2000 she bought her own studio in Broddetorp and in 2006 opened the doors to the public. She has photographed even longer. The picture and color is always in focus.

She is self-taught but have recently completed their own experiences with art schools and a wide range of courses. When she is versatile and the thread is actually the creation of the media may of course vary. She has now, in addition to oil painting, also focused on ceramic-sculptures, glass painting and necklace. She has openings in his studio / s at this year's Arts Round (Easter) and Arts Night (Sept).
